Best billboard ever? I’m going to go out on a limb and say yes, or at least in the top 5.
You hear it just about every election. “If the people elect [insert despised candidate’s name here] to [insert name of elected office here], then I’m moving to Canada.” Since there is never a huge news story about a mass exodus following an election, my guess is few, if any, ever follow through with their threat.
But that may all change now.
The 2016 Presidential election has given us something I don’t think we’ve ever had before. We have two nominated candidates who are so extremely despised and disliked, even people in their respective parties are saying they refuse to vote for them.
It’s almost enough to make a person wish they lived in Canada.
And that’s where real estate agent Jeff Cook from Charleston, South Carolina, comes in. In what can only be described as a brilliant marketing move, Cook has erected a billboard advertising his services in selling your house so you can move to Canada if the people elect either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton as President.
Now when you make that threat to move to Canada, you can go ahead and take the first step into making your move a reality by calling Cook to sell your home.
Isn’t it great when the free enterprise system sees a need and someone steps in to fill that need?
